Beware of Unauthorized Hotel Room Sales

Booking straight with the hotel using one of the methods below is the only authorized way to make hotel reservations for FCSC 2023. You may be contacted by third party hotel room resellers who misrepresent themselves as agents for FCSC and/or the hotel offering discounted rates at various Orlando hotels. FCSC cannot verify the authenticity of such companies or their representatives and will not be able to provide a resolution to issues related to such reservations. Please do not book through them as neither FCSC nor the hotel has any agreements with them.

Contracted Rate

The FCSC contracted rate is $169/night plus tax (single/double occupancy) for a double queen bed suite or a king bed suite. Other room types are available at a higher rate. If your organization is tax-exempt, please bring a copy of your tax-certificate with you to present upon check-in.

• Double Queen Suite - Room features (2) queen beds in the bedroom area, a living room with a sleeper sofa, microwave, mini-refrigerator and coffee/tea maker.
  Sleeps max of 6.  $15 additional charge, per person over 2 guests.
  
  
• King Suite - Room features (1) king bed in the bedroom area, a living room with a sleeper sofa, microwave, mini-refrigerator and coffee/tea maker.
  Sleeps max of 4. $15 additional charge, per person over 2 guests.

Online and phone reservations are being accepted until September 26, 2023, or until the FCSC block is sold out.
** There are a limited number of rooms available beyond the cut-off date of September 26. Please see the list below of nearby hotels if Caribe is sold out the nights needed.
