As a school, we know it is important for our students to understand the importance of philanthropy, and what better way to demonstrate that than through community service projects.
The Minneola Charter Chorus exists to provide an enriched music education for students and entertainment for community stakeholders. During our weekly rehearsals, we educate our participating 5th grade students to use their child voices to create an excellent choral sound. We instill a love of music, which we hope will spark their continued participation in the arts. We introduce our students to a variety of music including classic, modern, folk and worldwide music. We teach students the importance of being part of a group and to be responsible, reliable and respectful.
