Door Prize

We are planning two door prize drawings for the attendees of the Florida Charter School Conference and would greatly appreciate your assistance.

The first door prize drawing will be on Monday, November 14, at 6:30 p.m. during the welcome reception.

The second door prize drawing will be on Wednesday, November 16, at the end of the closing session.

If your company would like to provide a door prize for either or both of these door prize drawings, please complete the form below. Your company's representative is welcome to draw the winning ticket(s) for your door prize(s).

We truly value your company's support of the conference.

You may ship your door prizes to the National Expo warehouse for arrival by Friday, November 11, 2011, or bring the item(s) with you to the conference. Please indicate that the item is a doorprize and should be delivered to "FCSC Show Management."
