Please use this form to reserve booth space at the Florida Charter School Conference to be held in Orlando, Florida, November 2-4, 2016, at the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach after you have read the Terms & Conditions.
Exhibit space is $850 per 8'x10' booth. Payment is due within three weeks of making your booth reservation.
Cancellations made on or before August 17, 2016, will be allowed a refund less a $200 administrative fee. Cancellations after that date will be charged the FULL fee. Refunds for credit card payments made after 120 days from original transaction will be refunded by check.
Please make sure the information you enter is accurate, as it will be used in the conference program book and online.
